The Refinery

The Refinery is widely regarded as Brisbane’s best wedding venue, known for its elevated aesthetic and the meticulous standard set by its owner, Rach. Their existing website no longer reflected the quality of work they were producing, and they came to us to realign their digital presence with the venue's quality and reputation. Working with a strong library of photography, I redesigned the website with an editorial, elegant direction that feels premium without losing clarity. The project involved restructuring and categorising a large amount of information, ensuring couples could easily understand the venue, packages, processes, and experience. The layout, typography, and pacing were carefully refined to bring a sense of calm, sophistication, and confidence to the brand. I led the design direction and produced a clean, information-rich site that reflects the standard of events The Refinery is known for.
