Khove.
Project Overview
Khove manages and promotes premium holiday homes, offering a portfolio of curated stays ranging from boutique coastal escapes to high-end luxury properties. Their existing website wasn’t functioning properly and failed to represent the quality of their work. The team had already invested in a full design and development process with another provider, but were left with a result that was visually misaligned, difficult to maintain, and operationally inefficient. I was brought in to rethink the entire digital experience. I redesigned the website with an editorial, spacious aesthetic that reflects Cove’s calm, considered brand. The new UI elevates the photography, improves clarity across property details, and creates a consistent visual system that can scale as the portfolio grows. A key challenge was the operational load: Khove were manually updating properties in both Guesty and their website. I restructured the CMS architecture and designed a unified system that integrates directly with Guesty, allowing property content to be managed in one place and synced automatically. This reduces admin, removes double-handling, and ensures accuracy across the platform. I led the UX, UI, and system architecture and am now overseeing the development phase to ensure the build stays true to the design. The new Khove site is elegant, functional, and strategically aligned with the premium service they provide. (Currently unreleased.)
