Lockeroom
Project Overview
LockerRoom is an Australian physiotherapy brand founded by former Wallabies player Cameron Lillicrap and his wife Michelle, known nationwide for the Pocket Physio and a range of recovery tools used by athletes, physios, and everyday sportspeople. Their existing brand felt sterile and didn’t reflect Cameron’s “tough love” philosophy or the reality of training, injury, and recovery. They wanted a visual identity and digital experience that brought together the grit of athletic culture with the clarity and trust expected from a physiotherapy brand. I refreshed the visual identity to better represent the brand’s ethos, balancing raw, physical grit with clean educational clarity. The website redesign was a major part of the project. I designed an interactive body-map system that helps users pinpoint their pain, find the right recovery tool, and understand how to use it. This included structuring a full information library connected to a video library, making it easy for users to watch demonstrations and learn correct techniques. I led UI/UX design, brand refinement, and the art direction for a completely new suite of product photography and demonstration videos. This project brought together brand and product thinking with digital design at scale and remains one of my most comprehensive and rewarding pieces of work.
